Sue Martin Property Manager

It is with great pleasure that APW announces the appointment of Sue Martin as the new Property Manager for APW Sunninghill. Sue has been working for APW since 2005 and has spent the past five years contributing to the award winning team's continued success as both Lettings Negotiator and as a member of the property management team. Sue's knowledge of the local area is extensive, having lived in the area for the past 11 years, prior to that Sue lived in South Africa for 10 years.

Before embarking on her career with APW, Sue graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and spent 20 years in the advertising industry, progressing to Media Director before setting up her own Media Planning Consultancy. Negotiation and Client Care have therefore been central to the posistions held by Sue throughout her career.

Asked why she likes working for APW Sue said, "APW is a great place to work, there is a real attitude of care which permeats right across the board ~ to the staff, our Landlords, our Tenants and to the contractors we instruct. APW is unique in the local area as it specialises exclusively in residential lettings and property management which allows it to focus and excel in this particular market."
